Shipping costs are displayed as soon as item(s) are in the shopping cart, no need to login. USA customers be sure to enter your zip code and then click "update". Most orders ship via US Mail, usually via Priority Mail or some small items may be sent via First Class mail. Certain large items may ship via UPS ground for US addresses only. Note that we ship from the east coast; UPS shipments to the west coast can take up to 10 days in transit. Shipping is available to the United States and Canada; other countries considered upon request.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of our receiving payment, unless noted otherwise in the product's description. If there is a change in availability, you will be notified via e-mail. If paying by personal check, shipment may be delayed until your check clears.
Shipping costs include a $3 handling fee for orders in the USA or an $8 handling fee for Canadian orders applied to each order.
All items excluding electronics are returnable for any reason within 30 days of purchase, but may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Be sure to e-mail us to get an authorization before making a return. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging, and shipped at the customers expense. No returns are allowed on electronic components.
All items are guaranteed to be as described and in good working order unless stated otherwise in the description. If not, we will refund or replace at our option. Your return shipping costs will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation of the defective item.
You must contact us before returning anything, either for exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipping of the original order. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
